Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your APEX Training account and data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your profile, training plans, workout history, and progress, will be permanently deleted.
Delete via the App
- Open the APEX Training app
- Go to Profile (bottom tab)
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Delete via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, demographics, sport preferences)
- All training plans generated for your account
- All workout history and performance data
- Group memberships and challenge participation
- Leaderboard entries
- Your Firebase Authentication account
Important: Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings before or after deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Find APEX Training and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Data Retention After Deletion
- Your authentication credentials are deleted immediately.
- Your Firestore data (profile, plans, workouts) is deleted within 30 days.
- RevenueCat may retain anonymized transaction records as required by Apple and applicable tax law.
- Server logs containing your data are automatically purged according to our standard retention policies.
